Ms. Renée Lalancette holds a degree in agronomy and a master’s degree in plant biology from Université Laval. After gaining ten years of professional experience outside the public service, she joined Quebec’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in 2012, where she held various positions. Since 2023, she has served as Director of the Secretariat for the Bio-food Policy.
