Moisés Abraham Molina Guillén

Eng. Moisés Abraham Molina Guillén is an Agricultural Engineer, graduated from the University of Monterrey in Mexico, and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Trade. He currently serves as Secretary of State in the Office of Agriculture and Livestock of Honduras.

He has a distinguished career in the agricultural and livestock sector, having held positions of significant responsibility at both the national and regional levels. He served as Deputy Secretary of Agriculture from 2014 to 2015. He also served as OIRSA’s Resident Representative in Honduras, where he distinguished himself through his work in agricultural health, food security, biosafety, and institutional strengthening.

His professional experience also includes leading agribusiness companies and managing productive development programs, establishing him as a recognized authority in public policy and the strengthening of the agri-food sector.
