Lisette Reyes-Paulino

Dr. Lisette Reyes-Paulino is a global learning strategist, researcher, and human performance professional specializing in learning design, leadership development, and employee experience. She is Co-Founder and Chief Experience Research & Design Officer of WYSED.

She holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in Learning Design and Technology, an MBA, and is a certified EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence practitioner. With more than 20 years of experience, she has designed, facilitated, implemented, and evaluated evidence[1]based leadership and workforce development initiatives across food and beverage, technology, and mining.

Her work includes advising HR teams and senior leaders on learning strategy, employee listening, and leadership development. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty in Purdue University’s online Master in Learning Design and Technology program.
