Leaya Amey is the Senior Manager of Sustainability at Maple Leaf Foods, where she has spent the past seven years helping advance the company’s sustainability ambitions. In her role, she leads strategic initiatives that support Maple Leaf Foods’ climate targets, including the company’s regenerative agriculture program and supplier engagement strategy. She also oversees the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and disclosures, helping drive transparency and accountability in its sustainability performance. Through her work, she is passionate about collaborating across the value chain to drive meaningful progress toward a more sustainable and resilient food system.
