Mr. Éric Guillemette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Land Use Planning and Regional Development from Université Laval. He has over 25 years of experience in the Quebec public service, including 10 years at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and 12 years at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. He is a member of the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec (Quebec Order of Urban Planners).
