Jean Roxas works as a consultant and currently provides consulting services with the International Fund for Agricultural Development as a partnership advisor. As such, she provides support in strengthening the Fund’s partnership with Canadian civil society organizations. She has also worked in various capacities for projects related to microfinance, agriculture and value chains development, export development and trade promotion, peace building and local economic development in Asia, Africa, and the Americas, with organizations such as the Cooperative Development Foundation of Canada, Canadian Urban Institute, GIZ, AusAID, USAID, JICA and Dutch Cordaid. Jean has a Master's Degree in Business Management, Training and Change Management from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.
