Laura Mock is a passionate and dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries. In her role as Director at Cultivator, powered by Conexus, Laura is at the forefront of advancing Saskatchewan’s tech ecosystem and championing Canadian agtech innovation.

As a driving force behind the AGTECH ACCELERATOR, Laura is leading what many recognize as the top agtech accelerator in Canada — and one of the top programs globally. Located in the heart of Canada’s agricultural landscape, the Prairies, the AGTECH ACCELERATOR supports founders from across Canada and the UK, with active efforts underway to expand partnerships with other countries.

Through the AGTECH ACCELERATOR, Laura is focused on cultivating homegrown Canadian agtech innovation, while also attracting the best agricultural technologies from around the world to benefit Canadian farmers. She is also working to bridge the gap between innovation and implementation—working directly with farmers and producers to support the adoption of new technologies so that the real-world benefits, such as improved productivity, efficiency, and sustainability, can be fully realized on the farm.
