Cecilia María Gianoni Beaulieu is an agricultural engineer with a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. She currently serves as Executive Secretary of the Cooperative Program for the Technological Development of Agro-Food and Agro-Industrial Innovation in the Southern Cone (PROCISUR) and is a specialist in technological innovation management at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA). She is also an associate researcher at the GEOPI research group at UNICAMP. Her professional background includes over two decades of experience in strategic planning, science and technology management, technology foresight, intellectual property, and innovation policy, with a focus on the agricultural, agri-food, and agro-industrial sectors. Cecilia has coordinated and contributed to numerous regional research and development initiatives aimed at strengthening innovation systems and promoting sustainability and competitiveness in Latin America’s rural and agricultural landscapes.
