Dr. Karen Churchill is the President and CEO of Ag-West Bio and a seasoned leader in agri-food innovation. Raised on a progressive seed grain and potato farm in Saskatchewan, she holds a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition and has worked globally in research, development, and quality management roles. She has led initiatives for Cereals Canada and now drives innovation and commercialization efforts across the sector. Karen sits on the boards of Protein Industries Canada and the Agri-Food Innovation Council and brings decades of international and domestic experience in sustainable agriculture and science-based innovation.
